Members
If you’re one of our members, we hold name and contact details for you, which you provided to us when you joined, using the standard NFWI form. This information is transferred to the Membership Communication System (MCS), which is managed by the National Federation of Women’s Institutes (NFWI). In addition to the data held by the NFWI as described above, we maintain our own mailing list to enable us to communicate via email with our members.
How we store your information
MCS is used as described in the NFWI Privacy Notice referenced above. Access to the MCS is limited to the following: Committee Office bearers, MCS Manager.
The information held by The Tickenham WI is not shared with any third parties and is used only to allow us to communicate with you as described above.
